The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision-making process, giving advice, understanding the customers’ needs and proposing solutions.

Aeolus offers a complete OTR product portfolio and your job will be to managed Aeolus Sales and Marketing activities for North America market (US and Canada).

Main responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial relationships with existing customers
  • Create new customers
  • Negotiate single / multi-year customer contracts
  • Manage tender processes
  • Build and negotiate operational action plans and a development plans for each account
  • Ensure profitable commercial offers of products and services
  • Forecast Customer needs, plan sales and monitor progress
  • Maintain and expand dealer network in the region
  • Analyze the market and understand Price and Competition

Requirements & Skills

  • At least 3 years on sales experience at Industrial Tyre in North America Market
  • Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
